Policy
Please contact our customer support at customercare@michaelallenova.com or file your request at our Contact Us page.
We offer free domestic return label for your return order, please print the shipping label attached to the package and mail it to us.
As soon as we received the item, we will send you a new email notification regarding your new exchange order or refund process.
We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Sale Items:Products on “Sale” items cannot be returned for a refund to payment method. However, they are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Return Condition:- Defective items must be reported within 2 days after item delivery date.
- Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as received; unworn, unwashed, in the original condition with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that shows signs of wear and tear or do not meet the above criteria.
Return Shipping:
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or rejected.
- We will issue a gift card for the same amount of your order to be used for your next order.

- Please allow us 3-5 days from the day your return is delivered to refund your order.
- The credit appear on your billing statement within 1-3 business days due to varying processing time of financial organizations.
