We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.  Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Sale Items:

Products on “Sale” items cannot be returned for a refund to payment method. However, they are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Return Condition:
  • Defective items must be reported within 2 days after item delivery date. 
  • Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as received; unworn, unwashed, in the original condition with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that shows signs of wear and tear or do not meet the above criteria. 
Return Process

  • We offer free domestic return label for your return order, please print the shipping label attached to the package and mail it to us.
  • As soon as we received the item, we will send you a new email notification regarding your new exchange order or refund process.

    Store Credit:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or rejected.
    • We will issue a gift card for the same amount of your order to be used for your next order.

    • Please allow us 3-5 days from the day your return is delivered to refund your order.
    • The credit appear on your billing statement within 1-3 business days due to varying processing time of financial organizations.
