Shipping Policy
U.S. Shipping & Handling
Michael Allenova LLC ships to all 50 States via United States Postal Services (USPS). A tracking number will be emailed to buyer once order is shipped. Orders are processed within 1-2 days of the order date (Monday through Friday). Orders shipped via USPS First Class should arrive in 7-14 days from the order date. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail should arrive in 3-5 days from the order date. USPS delivers to APO addresses and PO boxes.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping and Handling
International orders are shipped via DHL expedited international. A DHL tracking number will be provided via email directly from Michael Allenova Shipping Department once order is shipped. All shipments will NOT include a surcharge for customs and brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for all duty and brokerage fees that may occur. Please note that DHL does not ship to APO or PO boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO & U.S Territories. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.

USPS is our courier for shipments made in the United States. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped approximately 2-3 business days from order date. Our warehouse is closed on holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these days (dates vary from year to year). All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
International
